“When someone says to us, as Thich Nhat Hanh suggests, “Darling, I care about your suffering,” a deep healing begins.” -Tara Brach

Thank you for being here. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and South Carolina and a Registered Yoga Teacher. My clinical experience spans inpatient hospital settings, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient therapy, giving me the opportunity to support people through a wide range of challenges and seasons of life.

My work is especially focused on supporting women navigating chronic illness, medical experiences and trauma, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, hormonal and reproductive health concerns, and the emotional impact of feeling disconnected from your body or from yourself.

Living with ongoing health concerns can affect so much more than your physical body. It can change your relationships, your sense of identity, your plans for the future, and your ability to trust yourself. You may find yourself constantly advocating for your needs, questioning your symptoms, pushing through when you're exhausted, or grieving the life you thought you would have.

I believe therapy can be a place where you don't have to be the strong one. A place where you can slow down, make space for what you're experiencing, and begin reconnecting with yourself beyond your symptoms or diagnoses.

My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you—not to tell you who you should be or how you should feel. Together, we can explore the patterns that have helped you survive while creating new ways of relating to yourself, your body, and your life.

I draw from Internal Family Systems, somatic approaches, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, tailoring our work to your individual needs.

The path through life can become disorienting, especially when your body or circumstances don't unfold the way you expected. My hope is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to find your way back to yourself.

You don't have to navigate this chapter alone. I'm honored to walk alongside you.
